What is the role of creativity in brand building?
The renaissance of technology has created huge challenges for brands but they have also created a playground for creativity. Today, brands need to group their efforts on creativity to fuel their performance. Creativity occurs when we look from a different vantage point and think differently about how to exploit opportunities. Every brand is trying to expand while also surpassing the competition. It makes them competitive which further aids productivity and helps to solve problems. Creativity helps a brand to discover unique ideas which will keep the user interested and engaged. Hence creativity is indispensable in brand building.
How does designing help an enterprise widen its customer base?
With the advent of digitization, more customers are driving towards personalization and immediacy. This has caused the business landscape to undergo and upheaval. Design opens opportunities for businesses and brings significant benefits. These benefits include increased sales of your products and services, improved market position, creating a strong brand identity and customer loyalty. Businesses use design methods such as prototyping and user research in order to identify unmet customer needs and then create a product or service to fill that gap in the market. Along with winning new customers, design can also play an important role in retaining the existing ones. A new product or a website redesign can help in keeping the customers interested.
In what way PitchWorx is helping Startups and SMEs in their professional presence?
PitchWorx has worked with more than 500 brands across various industries. Irrespective of whether a start-up wants to pitch to investors or promote their brand in this increasingly competitive world; we ensure them to deliver strong audience-oriented messaging. Be it an investor pitch, a compelling presentation design, an animated video for a new product/service launch, a live video shoot, a refreshed company website, or simple marketing collateral, we are happy to connect and help them with their next design project.
More and more organizations are taking to digital working or online working; what does it mean for design agencies?
The transition from an office-based design agency to a virtual one wasn't really a radical move for PitchWorx, just like other design agencies. While going remote saved agencies a huge chunk of the cost, it also opened up opportunities for people. As our business flourished, we acquired new business clientele and hired designers.
What are the changes in the demand pattern for creative designer over the years?
With the start of a new decade, the digital sphere grew rapidly, testing the designer's ability to adapt like never before. For designers, with the coming up of digital devices such as Smart phones and tablets, meant a whole host of new, smaller spaces to design for, as well as an increase in demand and new categories of career. In this new age of digitization, businesses went online and more start-ups emerged. This led to the increase in demand for creative designing, in the form of marketing collaterals, presentations, website design and development, product video and more. With the change in the market scenario, the demand for creative designers increased over the years.
