Growth strategy:
The initial growth strategy was to place the product in the premises of influential's homes, factories and educational Institutions. We successfully sold these machines to various institutions and homes of prominent people of Delhi. The machines were very well received and there was a significant reduction in the mosquito population. The initial push was being done in Delhi, NCR and for 2018 - 2019, we have now decided to push our product through various distributors in Goa, Kolkotta, Chandigarh and Lucknow. We are targeting a total sale of 5000 units in the next two years, with a company turnover of 40.00 crores. We are also launching our own brand of products for flies, Termites, Lizards, etc.. This will be done under the banner Narah Overseas.
Does it has any effect on health?
Traps like the Mosquito Magnet do not imply using pesticides or any other insecticides. They are even safer than classical repellents and can't harm allergic persons. The brand offers products with the best quality, safety, and effectiveness. One of the key focuses of the company has been adding organic and eco-friendly products to already existing brands and join hands with other companies, which have implemented more natural and ecological ingredients and products in order to save our environment, nature, and wildlife.

The products will be launched under the banner “Narah Overseas” and each product will have its own Brand Name. The first product that is being launched will be available from 1st December through modern retail stores in Delhi, NCR and is called “The Fly Catcher"

We are targeting Institutions such as schools, hospitals and hotels and large corporate houses. We also find potential customers in High net worth individuals (HNI's)from Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities with houses greater than 300 square yards

Right now we do not have a product like this in India and it is important to educate the consumer on this. Diseases like Dengue and Chickungunya are on the rise and this product is something that should be in almost every household in the country
